About Healmatics
Healmatics explains blood work in plain English. Lab reports are full of abbreviations, numbers and flags that are hard to make sense of. We want to help you understand what your results may mean and walk into your next appointment with better questions.
What we believe
- Plain English first. We explain what a test measures and what a result may mean, without jargon.
- Natural-first and plant-based. Where it fits, we share food, lifestyle and plant-based ideas to discuss with your doctor, with safety notes and known interactions.
- Root causes. We focus on the possible reasons behind a result, not just the number.
- Trustworthy sources. We cite NIH and other U.S. government sources and link to every one so you can check them.
What we don't do
- We never diagnose. Healmatics is education, not medical advice. Your doctor is the right person to diagnose and treat.
- We encourage professional care. We never tell anyone to stop or change a medicine. Talk to your prescriber first.
- We never sell your health data or share it with advertisers.
- No ads. This site doesn't run ads, and we don't accept paid placements in our articles.
How we work
Healmatics guidance is educational and doesn't require buying any product. Questions? Email hello@healmatics.com.
We use AI tools to help draft plain-English explanations; every article is checked against the cited government and peer-reviewed sources before publishing.
